Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is shared when you contact us through our website or by phone. We are committed to handling your personal information responsibly, securely, and only for the purpose of connecting you with qualified independent cleanup professionals serving London, Kentucky, and the surrounding Laurel County area.

Jurisdiction: London, Kentucky, USA · Effective Date: June 1, 2025

What this site actually is:

This platform collects consumer inquiries and routes them to independent, third-party contractors who operate their own licensed remediation and cleanup businesses. It does not perform hoarding cleanup, biohazard remediation, or dispatch and supervise any physical work. No employment, agency, or joint-venture relationship exists between this platform and any referenced contractor, and this platform assumes no physical, operational, or biohazard liability for services rendered.

Questions about a specific job or a contractor’s credentials belong with the contractor directly. All inquiries to this platform go to our dispatch line: (606) 729-1009.

Information we collect, and why

When you submit a contact form or request a quote, we collect your full name, phone number, street address or general service location, the nature of your cleanup need as you describe it, and standard analytics data (device type, browser, IP address, referring URL). This exists for one purpose: connecting you with a qualified independent contractor serving the London, KY area. We do not sell your data to unrelated advertisers or build consumer profiles for resale.

How your data moves

Submitted lead data is transmitted to one or more independent remediation contractors operating in Laurel County and the surrounding Kentucky region. Their handling of your data from that point forward is governed by their own privacy practices, not ours. We also use standard third-party analytics and conversion-tracking tools, which may set cookies you can disable at the browser level.

No email contact — telephone only

This platform maintains a zero email footprint policy. No email address associated with this platform should be assumed valid or monitored. All legal inquiries, privacy requests, service questions, and complaints must go by telephone to (606) 729-1009, the sole designated contact channel for all matters.

Kentucky regulatory compliance

This platform and the contractors it connects to consumers operate with awareness of and deference to Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet (EEC) regulations governing hazardous material handling and biohazard waste disposal, including applicable provisions under KRS Chapter 224. This platform does not certify, audit, or guarantee any contractor’s compliance status — verifying licensing and regulatory standing is the consumer’s independent responsibility.

Data retention

Lead inquiry records are retained for no more than 24 months from submission, then deleted from active systems. Anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for internal analytics. You may request deletion of your identifiable record at any time by calling (606) 729-1009.

Promotional vouchers and gift cards

Any promotional voucher or gift card issued through this platform carries a cash value of $0.00, is entirely non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any monetary equivalent. All such instruments are void within the State of California and are not valid where prohibited by law.

Minors

This site is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information here, call (606) 729-1009 and the record will be located and deleted.

Your rights as a consumer

You may know what personal information this platform holds about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your record — none of which require a written request. A phone call to (606) 729-1009 is sufficient, and we respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically 10 business days.

Security, changes, and governing law

Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections; no security system is impenetrable, and we disclaim liability for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control. This policy may be updated at any time without advance notice — continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with any dispute subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Laurel County.
